MABNI Teacher guideMABNI Coding Studio

Use MABNI with a class, without confusion.

This guide explains the teacher flow: create a class, add students, let them join with a class code, track progress, and sync local work when internet is available.

1

Choose mode

Local is for one computer or local classroom use. Online uses Firebase for cloud classes and progress.

2

Create class

Open the dashboard, create a class, and keep the 5-digit class code visible for students.

3

Add students

Add student names and their icon/password. Students should not create online accounts.

4

Student joins

Student opens the app, chooses “Join teacher class,” enters the class code, then selects their name and icon.

5

Track progress

Use the dashboard to see active students, completed levels, stars, attempts, and pending work.

6

Sync/export

Local work can be exported or uploaded when online. This keeps class work safe when internet behaves like internet.

Recommended classroom flow

Open teacher dashboard
Create or select a class
Students join with code
Run lesson and monitor progress

If online class creation fails, check Firebase sign-in and Firestore rules. Local mode can still continue, then sync/export later.
